Ken and Mona, for the beautiful key for my son's 21st birthday. I sent the design and the words to be inscribed on the key, and they did everything to a T. From me sending through the deposit, to sending me updates of the progress, and to sending the key safely to me.

Absolutely loved our 21st key from WoodenWares! The quality was incredible, with such beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. We had an amazing experience with WoodenWares. Living in Cairns, I needed a custom 21st key for my daughter, and from the first email, Ken’s service was outstanding.
He was incredibly responsive, patient, and accommodating through multiple design changes, providing several drafts until we were completely happy. Despite the back-and-forth, the final key arrived in just over a week and was even more beautiful than expected.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free, even over the Easter holiday. I’ve never experienced such prompt and genuine customer service.
