Ken & Monalisa were efficient in getting drafts done within 24 hrs with changes & designs. Always responded right away when requested for changes. They were also considerate with our time frame & got it done ASAP.
Delivery was fast (to Melbourne) Got a text & emailing letting me know the key was ready to be shipped & was shipped out that day. Received it the next week.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a key for any milestone . This is the 2nd key we have ordered & have nothing but compliments on how amazing the quality is.

Thank you guys so much, was blown away by how quick the whole process took from initial communication to key arriving was about a week which is way before my expected date.
Only critism would be the postage guy/company if you could pass on to them that safe place means hidden and safe not outside front door where someone can see the package and help themselves.
Luckily I was home and just met the postage guy at the door to see he was about to leave package visibly outside front door which is my worse nightmare. I had requested package to be hidden safely or taken to the local postal office as I live in a very busy street area close to the public walkway/footpath and easy access for thief's/puhara area in NSW.

But that's not your fault, so thank you again and will definitely promote your service to family and friends !!!
