Customer Service was excellent whether it be face to face, via email and/or text messages. Had ample of time to organise key but they did have a 4 day turnaround which was very good to know. Picked up my nephews key and was very happy with it - Key was exactly how we envisioned. Thank you Ken and team will come here again for future keys 🙂
