We also require an Appointment to be filled out on our website to guarantee that you don't find us closed when you arrive as some days we begin at 1am and if no appointments will leave earlier.

You can Pay a $150 Deposit and the Key is started so once your final payment is done its ready that day.

You can make weekly Payments as well as we understand this may work better for you too.

We have spent months fine turning our Ordering System to eliminate all the back and forth with questions and answers.

Our Experience and Qualifications combined with a Modern Showroom and Factory setup means a Key from us is completed within 4 Days at no extra cost so long as we aren't Booked out on those days. We can only do this because of over 7 years Knowledge in Designing and Manufacturing Keys and all our Family/Team that continue to work pushing boundaries. Its our Obsession to keep pushing these boundaries and creating the ultimate Birthday Keys. 

"RED Days are FULLY BOOKED OUT DAYS, if the Birthday falls on a RED Day you need to order TODAY so that it can be ready on a current GREEN Day and allow extra days for delivery times and weekends."

Very Simple, if you need a Key on a RED Day, then it has to be ordered ASAP so that it can be Started on the next available GREEN Day and allowing plenty of time for Delivery, if you Ring, email or just place the order and Beg and Plead for us to "Just add your Key" on one of these RED Days then Sorry, we can't do, otherwise someone is going to miss out on their Key because we added your Key to our already demanding schedule.  Some Keys can take up to 10 hours to create so this makes it impossible to continually add New Keys to RED Days when Days are already Booked Out.  We hope you understand this.

We also Deliver each Day - Monday to Friday on both RED Days and GREEN Days

We have spent 7 years developing everything from Software to Custom Machines that do exactly what we require.

This reduces many many hours of wasted time from each Key which of cause we don't bill you for.

We don't mass produce either, each Key is made from raw materials to the design you approved.

Saying this we don't compromise on any materials either, we would never use paints as the quality is short lived and not as high a quality as the Inks that we use, Paints are around $20 per Litre, our Inks are $500 per Litre and this is why our Keys are so Exclusive and Unique, something paints just can't come close to. This also is why everyone jumps on Google to give us 5 Stars as soon as their Key arrives!

We have people coming back after 7 Years, to purchase again because of our High Quality Workmanship and the materials that we use.

Why spend a fortune on a Key that's lifespan is short lived, they need to last 50 Plus Years and this is why we use such expensive materials to make sure they do!

We also are the ONLY Key Creator to have SOLVED the Stand Problems every other Key Creator has with those cheap Rectangle Stands they use.  We know from Feedback that they don't REPLACE your Key when it does fall off their Stands and Breaks. You won't have a Broken and Damaged Key with WoodenWares as we solved that 7 years ago while everyone today knows they have a problem but refuse to fix it.

Yes, we deliver Australia wide using Express Couriers and international Couriers for New Zealand and the rest of the World.

Yes we do, we have a range of Luxury Acrylic Keys called "Upscale" and not only are these Stunning to look at but the minimalist look along with a Gloss shine and Mirror Gold trim make our Acrylic Keys totally different to others.

Again, others sacrifice the materials to create cheap thin Acrylic Keys while our Keys are not only thicker than others we also attach them to our World Exclusive "Click n Connect" Stands so that you know they aren't going to fall and Break!

As we were beginning to get a few Stands from Customers asking to replace them with a WoodenWares stand we decided to show just how good some of these stands made by others really are. In photos they look ok from a distance but once you see them closeup you understand why they are only $50. You pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a Key just to have it on an inferior stand, bit like buying a Lamborghini and putting Hyundai wheels on it, the car just isn't going to look as good!

We saw all this over 7 years ago and from day #1 we created a Stand that the Key wouldn't fall off because we cared about what we did, no way would we be happy giving you an inferior stand and thinking we are the Best Key Creator, to earn that you have to be "The Best Key Creator" and think we can do better and actually do better!!!!

“Click ‘n’ Connect” Stands

while everyone else has their plain boring rectangle "key holder" as they call them,
We were never impressed with how plain and boring and cheap looking these holders were.

Not only did the Keys fall off those holders they also damaged the Key each time you sat the key down.
Our Stands aren't "key holders", Our Stands are just as important as the Key, as they
tell a Story just like the Key itself so why cheapen the Key with a "key holder"

We Designed this "Click 'n' Connect" Stand System to keep advancing our Technology in Key Creations,
not only is it simple to connect our Keys to our Stands, its just as simple to disconnect them too!

What we found was a major problem back in 2017 was the fact that most keys aren't designed with the Stand,

While these rectangle stands are mass produced, the Keys are never designed to match and really didn't fit correctly and would always slide sideways as well as fall forward. Just look at photos of others Keys and notice the circles are hardly ever directly centred to the Stand Uprights, if the circle is offset then the Key can slide sideways and fall and break. A real design failure and it still happens today!!

As every day is unpredictable with rush and urgent orders, email or using the "Contact Form" is the fastest method. 

If I am in the workshop creating a detailed and precise design I may not always be able to take phone calls or text messages.

Like others we do take days off to recharge our batteries, so if your visiting our Showroom its advisable to Make an Appointment on our website first so that you don't arrive on a Day Off.

Through my research and experience, We cater to most Cultures.

A lot of our Keys will show the patterns for Samoan but be available to purchase as a Cook Island, Maori, or other cultures by selecting this when ordering. For multiple cultures, we normally do the Key as one culture and the Stand for the other culture or show different Flags on the stand.

We create birthday keys, such as 21st birthday keys as well as birthday keys for any age.  We also create plaques that can be utilised for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or memorials.

Our Keys are Exclusive and Unique because of the Materials and Processes used to create them. We don't use cheap stickers or paints.

We have Custom Made boxes designed to suit our Keys using the thickest Cardboard available

Each Key is packed with Love in multiple layers of Bubble Wrap.

In 7 Years we have had 2 Damaged Keys and each time we further improved our Shipping methods.

We ship Keys each week to the USA and find this is the final test that our packaging is done correctly with them traveling over 15,000 klm.

Again, we have to allow for mishandling by Couriers and package them accordingly,

but in case your Key did happen to arrive damaged it will be replaced and a New Key sent the next day without any costs to you!

While other Keys are in colour, they are mostly plain painted colours, not unlimited Blended Colours.

Our Keys are around 18mm Plus ( 3 to 6 times thicker ) so our Keys will withstand a lot more knocks and bumps and won't twist and deform in shape over time. We don't print the photos onto Paper like anyone else as these will only last a short while and begin to fade and age, we process our Photos of each person in a more specialised way that will outlast any other method, its all about giving the best we can. Right down to our Colours, others use a plain single colour while we Blend multiple colours together, we never use plain colours where we can, this is why our Keys look so impressive and why our customers jump straight onto Google to give us 5 Stars and tell their story on how they felt when they first saw their Key. 

We have just perfected a new "Click and Connect" Stand uprights, these where designed inhouse and the moulds and components created to eliminate the problems every other key maker has with their standard plain rectangle key holders they use to balance their keys.

Our Keys will NEVER fall off the Stand like everyone else's do, why spend all that money to find your Key is damaged because of these cheap key holders.

We were never happy with the method everyone else settles with where the Key sits on the holder, each time damaging the edges and risking of it falling off the holder at any time. From day one ( 7 years ago ) we designed a special Stand that was attached to the Key and was just as important as the Key itself, a Stand that told a Story, not something there just to sit a Key on.

Its all about thinking "I can do better then this ..." and continuing to improve each day.

We want your Key to look the Best it Possibly can.

So many Key makers don't want to add your Photo or leave a slot in the back for the customer to print their own from paper and we know these will only last less then a year. We find this unacceptable as there is so much work involved for you to create the Photo yourself,

• Resize the Photo
• Sharpen it and remove and distractions,
• Get it Printed
• Cut to suit the Shape required
• Laminate it to give it a few years life
• Allow a few hours to achieve this

We have a specialised process we do that makes the photo last as long as the Key and is indestructible, no paper or plastic here.

Don't Crop the photo, we will get it sorted so that you continue to go "WoW" over how good our Photos come out!
