When you order from them, you’ll be sent a draft of your initial design, and from there you can request any modification and you’ll receive your next draft within 24 hours, and so on, until you’re perfectly happy.

They were very cooperative and easy to work with, and I was surprised by how committed they were to being quick and meeting my deadline, while still offering a quality product.
