We build every 21st birthday key by hand in our Queensland workshop, then send it straight to your door in Sydney — usually within a day of it leaving us.
Whether the birthday is next month or next week, we’ve built our whole process around getting you a key that looks exactly like the draft we send you, on time, without the stress.

Delivery to Sydney

We ship to Sydney every week, and most orders arrive with our express courier the next working day after your key leaves the workshop. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your suburb and the courier’s own schedule, so we always keep you updated with tracking once your key is on its way.
Because every key is made to order, not pulled off a shelf, we run our schedule on what we call GREEN Days and RED Days. GREEN Days are open for new orders. RED Days are already fully booked, which means if your Sydney birthday falls on one, we need your order today so we can start it on the next available GREEN Day and still get it to you in time. You can check our live availability calendar before you order, so you know exactly where your date sits.
We don’t have a showroom in Sydney. What we do have is a small family workshop in West Ipswich, Queensland, where every key is cut, finished, and packed by hand before it goes to your courier. We’d rather put our time into the craftsmanship than into opening a second location we can’t give the same attention to.
